NEW YEARS EVE dinner and party

If you have not yet made your NYE reservations, now is the time. Chris & Lauren are preparing a 5 course gastronomic event with wine pairings. Not to be missed. Both 7:30 and 10PM sittings are still available, but going fast, so call and don't miss.

The BRAVO New Years Eve Party is the party to be at on Vieques once again this year. Lots of surprises and fun. $25 entrance fee, reserve now for you and your friends and get ready to PARTY!!

DJ XTASYS will be spinning the party music. Dress white and dress for a hot time. 3 bars, 2 pools, party favors, Happy New Year!

So sorry we haven't been blogging and was surprised on how many people have noticed. Now we're back and ready for the new season.

Here are interesting things happening:

- NEW to BRAVO - Bindu SPA @BBH with Christine Holgers - the Spa will transport you, body and mind. The treatments open the door to a world dedicated to the restoration and realignment of the body and the spirit. The exclusive, SPA suite will offer personalization of our treatments as we craft a unique spa experience for you.We recommend that you contact us at 787 741 1128 in advance to book a treatment. Please let us know if you have any special requests, so we can ensure your spa experience is ideally suited to your needs.

- at our restaurant, "bbh" the new menu and wine list is in full swing. Come enjoy all the delicacies prepared by star chef Chris Ellis and sous chef Lauren Lebhar. All of our great dishes are complemented by our outstanding wine selection of over two hundred bottles. Come by our wine tasting room to taste Chef Chris' vino choice of the night. Mondays and Wednesday-Saturday.

- come and join us for an exquisite beachfront/poolside lunch @ bbh Wednesday-Saturday. Our new lunch menu with a tropical Caribbean flavor will delight you. Or simply hang with a cool drink and catch some rays.

- wednesday,Thursday,Friday and Saturday night the Palms Poolside Bar is the hot spot frequented by cool locals, visitors and whatever else.

- On Sunday all our chef's join together to create the ultimate Brunch. Each week, fresh ingredients and local flavors have delighted the pallets of guests and locals of Vieques.

- Cinema Paradiso our outdoor movie theater will be showing first run films every Monday night under the stars starting Dec. 19.

- we are busy planning the big event on Vieques, the annual Bravo Hotel New Years Eve Bash. For those who have experienced this event in the past, this year will be AMAZING!! More details to follow, but the Event will be called the Blow Out Party and the theme will be WHITE (get your white wardrobe ready) . Get your reservations in now by calling the front office at 787 741 1128.

- chef Chris Ellis is hosting this year, once again, a festive Christmas Dinner at bbh. This is a very popular event for both guests on the Island and for our local friends, so please reserve early to avoid disappointment, as seating is limited.

- chef Chris Ellis is also preparing a Blow Out menu for the pre-party New Years Eve dinner at bbh. This Champagne dinner is sure to bubble and sparkle and be so enjoyable for all of our bbh guests. Reserve early! Keep in mind to wear white!!

- Here are some of the things I did this week that you can do while in Vieques. Check out Navio Beach, the waves and the water were as clear as ever. Red beach is red hot!

Hi everyone, just a quick note to say hello while you have a look around our
new website. I think our webteam did a great job at really making the site
look and feel like BBH.

We had a great time this season and have met so many wonderful people and we look forward to those that cross our paths in the near future. Some exciting news for next season is that we will be opening a SPA @ BBH on our property end of Nov. We are also delighted to have Mr. Sushi back for another season, from West Hampton.
