Getting Here

Getting to Vieques from the San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport by either air or sea.


By Plane

Option 1: Fly from the International Airport using one of the many regional carriers to Vieques such as Vieques Airlink (VAL), Cape Air, Air Sunshine or Seaborne Airlines.

Option 2: Fly from the Isla Grande regional airport in San Juan using one of the many regional carriers to Vieques such as Vieques Airline (VAL), Cape Air, or Seaborne Airlines.

The Vieques Airport is the only airport on the island. Publicos will be available at the airport to transport you to your rental car company, hotel or most other destinations on the island at a reasonable rate.


By Ferry

Take a taxicab from the San Juan International Airport to the ferry dock in Fajardo. The drive is typically one hour long and cab fares can range between $70 - $90 (luggage fees may also apply). The passenger ferry ride varies between 45 - 60 minutes and costs $2 per person each way. Reservations are not accepted.

The ferry docks in Isabel Segunda II. Publicos will be available at the ferry dock to provide rides to your car rental company, hotel or most other destinations on the island at a reasonable rate. If you plan to come straight to the Bravo Beach Hotel once arriving from the ferry, it is a short 10 minute walk from the ferry dock.
