We are proud to introduce Christopher Ellis as our chef in the evening. Our walk-in wine gallery has the best selection of wines on Vieques and each night our guests may taste featured wines before being seated for dinner.

The restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday. Dinner is served from 6pm–10pm. Reservations are requested, but feel free to drop in to have a drink and visit our wine room.
